The tropical exotic island of peaceful atmosphere with the inimitable pan-Asian cuisine and conceptual music is located between concrete jungle of business center “Moscow-City” and Presnenskaya embankment. BAMBOO.BAR is a two-storeyed restaurant of “Moscow-City” where you can enjoy a twelve meter long contact bar, a famous summer terrace and the most glamorous parties in the city.

The head chef, Sergey Kozhakov, offers the guests the unique menu of traditional pan-Asian dishes designed by his own. He gets inspiration from his gastronomic journeys around Asian and Oriental countries.

The wine menu consists of more than 200 items suited any taste, either from the leading world-known producers or from small wineries, who produce wine for the exclusive collections.

The bartenders of the restaurant know the recipe of hundreds of cocktails with unexpected ingredients, they will teach you how to drink sake and tell everything about Japanese single malt whisky.

The design of BAMBOO.BAR is the mixture of minimalism and traditional oriental patterns. The interior is dominated by rare wood, glass and natural stone. The decoration consists of living plants and ancient items, brought from Indonesia, China and Thailand.

The weekend starts from Thursday, when a caver band goes on stage with hot world famous hit songs or an authentic band, who plays relaxing music with the help of ethnical instruments.

Evenings have DINNER & MUSIC or DINNER & SHOW formats. On Fridays we have LIVE VOCAL SHOW – that is the performances of different musicians and artists starting from the local stars and finishing with world famous musicians! On Saturdays we have GURU VIBES format – that is the performance of DJs - gurus of electronic music.

Programs for children. BAMBOO.BAR is the place for family meetings. On Sunday we organize events for our youngest guests. Every time different and interesting program is waiting for the children. Interactive fairytale plays and various maser classes in handicrafts. Children’s menus, fun games, face painting, X-box, cartoons, swimming pull with balls and many positive emotions!

In BAMBOO.BAR you have an opportunity to organize the event of any complexity till 500 PAX with the individual menu, plot, dancing zone, karaoke and stage for musicians.

Sergey Kozhakov

The menu of unique pan-Asian dishes of BAMBOO.BAR is the embodiment of Sergey Kozhakov’s creativity. The recipe of his flawless cuisine consists of select ingredients and pure inspiration, got by Sergey’s gastronomic journeys around Asian and Oriental countries. Sergey Kozhakov underwent training in the restaurant “Five Elements” from a head chef Made Runatha who is a true master in the field of macrobiotics, Ayurveda and rawism. He also mastered the unlimited tastes and formations based on plants. Sergey is completely supportive of the Orient philosophy and says that dishes should be born with love and come from the Universe. He creates his new masterpieces under the influence of his muse that can become anything – starting from the smile of a passer-by and finishing with an experienced emotion.
